A cream beauty

One of the daughters of my great friend L who died last year of cancer visited me the other day and brought me some beautiful cream roses. This one is just beginning to unfurl and I thought i would share it on blip. I have been busy packing today as I like to try and do that a bit ahead to avoid feeling pressured and running out of time. I can now relax and concentrate on enjoying Bruce and Cara's company before their long stint in kennels and also have time to tidy up the house a bit after all the muddy walks.
