Cheeky Chappy

Early start this morning after a good nights sleep. Spent the morning sorting out the glazing film on some more windows, putting up pictures and clocks.
Started to get ready for the Spanish Slither and him family arrival. They are coming over for dinner tonight. Decided on Bakewell tart for pudding. Pork belly roasted on onion and apple rings with sweet pots Rossi. For starters its Celeriac mash with scallops and black pudding with a whisky and cream sauce. The scallops were some of the ones we brought back from Lochaline.
LR arrived first and had the tour while we waited for DR and Max to arrive from the Catalan playgroup. Had a great night catching up, eating too much and drinking even more.
Max had had a packed day and not long after tis photo crashed on the same couch.
This week’s theme is Pets and their owners. As we don’t have a pet or know anyone close by with one this will have to be my entry. We have had Hamish the Highland Cow for a few years and it’s always adopted by which ever little visitor we have. So here is Max and Hamish chilling out on the sofa watching Strictly.
