A brief moment

Well only for me a brief moment on the beach... Did my back in yesterday morning, with picking something a psir of socks of the floor. Felt a disk move, but thought it was going to be OK. Went to the girls' swimming as planned, but by the evening my back was really sore.
Can't walk properly at the moment, let alone on a beach. Hope things improve before tomorrow morning when school starts again...
