Sardinas con ajo y perejil

I love sardines, they are one of my favourite foods. The only problem is that they stink out the flat for days.

The solution...

An electric griddle and cook them on the balcony. Apart from the fact that my flat smells shake 'n' vac fresh, I over heard my lovely neighbour from above (who manically cleans every day at 7am) complain about the stink of sardines!!! Sweet.....
