Autumn Afternoon Skies

We went over to Jeri's house a little later than usual today as Grandson Horatio had a party to go to. That lad has a better social life than his Mum does, and much better than mine!

Anyway, a leisurely morning watching 4 Nations Rugby League - sort yourselves out England!A game lasts 80 minutes, and you don't stop playing once you hit the front!

Then a nice potter around Tesco to get pizzas for tea, something for lunch and the things we forgot on the main shop.

After a late lunch we headed off to Jeri's. It was a dull and gloomy day but as twilight started to settle the sun decided to attempt a late appearance, making for a brighter sky than there had been all day!
