Happy Birthday Hector - 70 years young today!

Been out for a 20 mile bike ride on the Trans Pennine Trail (TPT) with one of my best buddies, Hector who celebrates his 70th birthday today! The TPT is amazing - we get on in Altrincham and got as far as Warrington today before we had to turn back. Met loads of really nice people out cycling, jogging, horse-riding and dog walking (and also just walking :)). Got back about midday and thought Hector's birthday cards would make a great blip? All the cards were chosen with great thought & sensitivity by his friends. In addition to cycling, Hector does enjoy the odd bottle of good wine which explains the 1st card on the left hand side. This is from another one of this friends, Adrian. I think this qualifies today's blip for both the food group as well as the cycling group! Next along is my card to Hector featuring some appropriate words only people of a certain age can identify with! The next door neighbours popped in with another alcohol related card - what can they be thinking! Hector is also a very fine golfer which explains card number 4 (you need to zoom in on this one to get the full meaning of the words of wisdom :) ). Then, last but not least, a lovely card from his sister,Ilene who was hoping Hector would regress to his childhood and wear the badge wherever he goes.. Nice try Ilene!!
