World book day

I couldn't possibly choose a favourite book, but I had already decided to go to the Kyoto friendship garden at Lauriston Castle, so thought I'd take a themed book with me.

Unfortunately, I'd not remembered to charge the battery in the camera, so it flashed red at me after the first couple of shots. Sigh! I'll have to go back tomorrow to get photos of the trees blossoming. It's a hard life!
