Helena and Ronan came to stay

Minnie and I went swimming in the day

I was feeling rough - headache and a weird tummy but I'm glad I didn't cancel them

Ronan is an absolute gem. Simon had him giggling - which wasn't hard - and they loved their bedtime story as well as their bath together

Bed time for them at 7 and we didn't hear a peep from them :)
