Such a fuzzy, grainy photo (though it hides the crows, raven and many other variety of bird's feet) but what a wonderful time I had with my friends this weekend! It was so lovely to see The Other Jeanette visiting from New Zealand, she definitely had quite a New Zealand accent this time and so good to see Carol too. We all worked together many years ago and it was as if we'd never been apart. There was much hilarity, reminiscing, catching up on all the news, dinner by the river, back to mine, then finally off to bed at 1.30 a.m....far too late for the elderly trio!
