A Shaggy Ink Cap (I think).

Within 2 days this amazing fungi grows from our leaf covered drive, opens in all its detailed shagginess and then over its last day the bottom of the cap starts to literally turn to ink. It gradually liquifies from the bottom up dropping ink as it breaks down. Eventually your left with just the stalk and a black ink puddle. It's like science fiction!
