The residence

Having stayed at Jen's parents last night we're staying in Lancaster for the weekend. A friend of mine popped up on the train and after some lunch and a walk around Williamson's park with Jen, Luke and Jen's sister the two of us left the others and headed out for a catch up. A nice tour of various pubs in Lancaster, some nice food and very good company made for a great evening and I was home for 9 leaving plenty of time to get up for 5am to watch England play Australia in the Four Nations.
We got questioned a few times by people looking for the Phantom of the bay which was a little confusing at first until someone explained that it was a promotion for a local radio station.

This photo was taken earlier driving on the back road into Lancaster. It's a photo of the grand old building that was the Lancaster Moor mental hospital. It's currently being turned in to flats and having houses built on the grounds.
