It is on the market and has a board up to prove it.

I went and collected a storage bin and some junk as well as some more items for the charity shop (they can open a new shop with the amount I have put through there in the last few months).
On the way home I stopped off at the recyclying centre up the road and found that more than half of the place was shut off and 'not in use' .......... how does that help encourage people to recycle when they load up, drive there and get told to dump it all in the same place?
