Coffee and pancakes and baking in the morning, followed by a quick 50 down at the pool just to get the lengths in to finish the week off.

Back for a Halloween party at ours in the afternoon for a handful of 8 year olds (with a few 11 year olds chucked in for good measure) and then an evening out at a charity fireworks do up at Watson's. Now a bit of child-free relaxing with a glass of wine, Goth At The BBC on iplayer and Match Of The Day 2 still to look forward to.
