Service is our success

After our colleague had left left our department to pursue a career in the real estate business we decided to give his (part-time) desk to somebody else.

We promoted our office plant to "solution manager expert" - any outside caller to whom we can't offer an immediate solution will be put through and dealt with by him personally :)
