Spooky Saturday

There was a whole lot of excitement over my big bag of Halloween decorations.
Banners, decals, bats, spiders, webs, lights, skulls...all kinds of things I'd completely forgotten I bought.
I helped decorate the girls' room for a party they were planning & in the process pressed a drawing pin right into my thumb.....gulp!
I kept missing photo opportunities throughout the spooky festivities, so had to settle for a portrait of the Thriller dancing Dracula..
I felt sad that all the children were having so much fun & enjoying each other's company when Alex & I are in turmoil.
