In the Heights

We went to Village Theater last night to watch In the Heights, which is based on a relatively real story in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan NY. Written about the black out of the city during the summer of 2008 I believe. It was really good about young kids finding their way in the world and their own neighborhood.
We forgot about Halloween and handing out candy, so am still giving it away to the kids in the neighborhood. I told husband to take it to work. Will see if we can get rid of it before it goes bad!
