Studio of Dreams

Another fabulous night spent light painting with Spilmah in her wonderful studio with stencils. We then went into the paddock for some wool spins and flames. Two other photographers, Dave and Marion, came along for the fun.

Now it gets dark so early we had plenty of time to create a whole bunch of elements. It worked so well that we concluded that some of the shots were good enough on their own without any compositing.

This image of Sam's new studio uses the stencils as shot with no repositioning or anything. I can see that with bit more practice this technique could be used "Banksy" style in public places. There's going to be a lot more of these!
