Fly Away

Just as well this photo is in focus. I took a few photos of sparrows again today whilst sitting over lunch in a cafe but this is about the only one that came out in focus before my battery went flat.

We headed home from Christchurch today, but couldn't resist the opportunity to stop in at Hanmer for another soak in the hot pools. Bliss.

It was raining at times and overcast at others - which is fine, it's nice being in warmth of the pools while it's raining. The trouble is that it wasn't actually sunny at any point so I didn't use sunblock. Dumb! I now have very pink and itching shoulders.
