Blue Whiskers

Every year these critters eat up the leaves of the plants in our yard.They chew the leaves and defecate on our doorsteps! We kill a few that we catch, the others get away.
This catch-kill relation has kind of got us attached to these dirty little buggers. Thus this photo in the morning light.
