Tram-pling The View

Nipped into the city centre for some shopping today. Ended up getting lunch and a coffee too! :)

One thing I've noticed about Edinburgh since the trams arrived... It's really hard to get a decent 'cliché tourist' photo of the Castle or the Scot's monument, without having some really ugly power lines in the pic! Sure, you could photoshop them out, but that's not the point.

One of the things I used to love about Edinbugh was the fact you could come out of a shop on Princes Street, and be faced with a postcard scene of the castle. Now it looks a mess.

I'm not a fan of the trams for that reason...
