Sundried Tomato and Parmesan Bread
Another tasty loaf that's quick and easy to make, using a packet bread mix and adding extra parmesan and sundried tomato to boost the flavour. 10 mins mixing and kneading, 40 mins proving, 30 mins baking - job done. Particularly good when toasted, as it really brings up the flavours. Nice for doing bruschetta and crostini as well, with your choice of topping (chopped tomatoes and black olives for me, please).
