Arroz Caldoso de Bogavante

Couldn't believe this flavoursome dish of 'soupy' rice with lobster was a starter on today's £10 menu, but it was! And I waited the regulation 20 minutes for it to be cooked from scratch! What a pleasure!

I was very tired today and three hours sorting the home wifi as an electric storm raged overhead this morning didn't rejuvenate me, hence the dash for some decent food at lunch time!
