Country road.

I took this at lunch time and it is a typical scene here, and although it looks pretty damp and dull in the picture a couple of hours later we had a deluge. A friend has just contacted me to say that the damp spot in her roof is now dripping water and she is desperately trying to contact her roof repair man.

I looked up a book and I now know that the geese I photographed yesterday were Barnacle geese and I think they come down from Svalbard.
