Audition

We had a student come and audition for us today. This was the view of her audition space from a monitor outside the hall.
I felt daunted and nervous looking at it and I was gonna be safely ensconced behind the table asking her to play all the horrible orchestral excerpts and writing (constructive) comments on her report sheet.
I think it bought back memories of being in her situation about 400yrs ago when I was a student.
