JT's birthday, so we had the day off work and for at least the third year in a row (thanks to the links to the previous year!) it was a lovely sunny day.

Lots of things to do; breakfast out, meeting with a potential new builder, then a late lunch in the fabulous Ox and Finch. We turn up after 1.30pm, the place is heaving and we could get a table but only until 3.30pm! Why were these people not at work? On a Monday! No wonder it is mobbed though; the food and ambience were first class.

I could get used to these four day weekends, but I guess we will find a builder and the extension will need to be paid for at some point, so full time salary required...
