Mono Monday for Mum and Dad.

It was a lovely sunny morning and I was just thinking of going out to look for a blip when I had a call to say that both my 87 year old parents had fallen while coming home from the shops. My dad fell first and my mum got such a shock that she tripped on the pavement and fell and badly bruised her face. They're both very shaken and sore but thankfully ok.
