Cards and pressies

Back to work today, feeling a bit down after a great holiday week.
The blind arrived, the tenant from hell is still harassing me, I rang the uni accommodation office to see if they could offer any advice, they were quite understanding. Tenant later told me he had rung them too.
When I went round to fit the blind this evening, he was tutoring, that's not allowed under his contract, so if he annoys me much more I might think about what to do next about that.
