Going on Retreat

Today was the start of my Diocesan Retreat. At times over the past few weeks, I seriously doubted I would be well enough to go. But Thank God, despite the poorly spell and the horrible weather forecast for today - the ferry to Cumbrae was running and M and I got to head off for a few days of silence :-)
