Pavlovan special

i had a wonderful house full today with family up for the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles. Amongst our number there were three birthdays to celebrate, two of which were fairly significant so we all went out for a delicious dinner and our dessert was this wonderful pavlova with three candles.
