Practice poppy

Back at Ma n Pa's tonight. In readiness for the angiogram tomorrow.
Bought some wool & a hook with me to keep me occupied during the wait. Knocked up this poppy before bedtime. Not happy with the leaf. Might have to try a different shape?
Mum started telling me that they were crocheting poppies on country file yesterday! Will have to iplayer that on my return home.
