Outrunning the rain monster

Writers' group met today and we had a good session. No one had written in response to the prompt but everyone had brought a piece to read. It was great to hear a snippet of what everyone's working on at the moment, see how different we all are but can nevertheless respond to each other's writing.

It had been a lovely sunny day when the session started but, just before we left the LLC, there was a cloud burst. Then the sun came out again and I raced the storm clouds home, while trying to get a photo to blip.

I like this one, it looks like a rain monster with a red eye about to gobble up the sun, which is exactly what the cloud did about 60 seconds later, just as I closed the front door behind me!
