P,s Henna Hands

These are the hands of one of my dairy owners 'P' who attended her nieces wedding two weeks ago.
She is also a wizz in the kitchen.

Today she made me these beautiful breads called Paratha, a filling mixture of Potato, Peas, mustard seeds, garlic, turmeric, coriander, surrounded in a flour and water bread which is cooked in a pan until golden.

Just delicious, and she even gave me one to bring home for the partner in crime.

Sure do like Indian cuisine.
