I found this piece of rope on Jackets Island last Saturday during
The Big Beach Clean-up
It looked too interesting to put in the rubbish bag, so home it came to be photographed!

I was later home than expected last night and of course, I am away for the day on a Tuesday.


Today, the nation stopped to watch the Melbourne Cup horse race at 5pm.
A German horse placed first and a New Zealand horse came in 3rd.
