Fitzroy Mantis

Never underestimate the graffiti that can be found in Fitzroy, which is exactly where Holly and I found ourselves this cup day. After I did the usual stint at work we headed over to Little Creatures on Brunswick Street to meet up with Swilly, Kate, and Fel. After a bit of chatter and food we headed over to the closest pub (The Standard) to listen to the outcome of the race. After that underwhelming five minutes, where I won eighteen dollars thank you very much, we next went to San Churro for some sugar, in the form of ice-cream and churros.

It was a great day that ended with Holly and I walking around the backstreets of Fitzroy admiring the many and varied street art found there, such as the one you see above.
