Put these lead balloons in your ears

We've had some major AC problems - clunking int he middle of the night and technicians who don't have a clue what they are doing.

We've all fallen out about it and are slightly sleep deprived.

My gift for Mrs McG went down like a lead balloon. Some people have got no sense of humour.
