Our pet Dalek got very excited today when he saw that we had received a card from Bella and Lucy to thank us for their recent visit. Here he is, engrossed in reading all about Bella and Lucy's adventures in London, Bristol and Cardiff.

I had another night of little sleep so no exercise today (again).
