Explosive pud

It's Bonfire Night in the UK tomorrow, and as I'm at work then and won't get back until late, I won't be able to cook our traditional supper of sticky sausages and potato skins, so I made it today instead seeing as it was my day off. Tonight we followed it with this chocolate self-saucing pudding which was scrummy served with lots of vanilla ice cream and looked the part with its firework fountain.

My dad came over to share tea with us and we all had fun afterwards waving sparklers in the garden.
