Last treat for this holiday before I'm off to bed.

Dad is a bit better today....stopped throwing up..........not as much pain.....but still not able to do anything for himself.......at least he ate breakfast.

Doctors for me at 8.50.........my bp has now stabilised at 130/80...........good news..........don't need to go back again.

Physio at 4.30.......knee not much better..........more exercises........next visit November 15th.
