Problem Tuesdays.

I love Tuesdays but I always struggle with a blip. An absolutely stuffed day always suffers by comparison to the blipping ease of Mondays at the farm. We've just dropped the after-school commitment on Tuesdays, but what I thought would be extra time today was filled with pouring rain. As was most of the rest of the day, except the morning school run when I didn't have my camera with me, and didn't see anything I'd have wanted to blip anyway.

So here are some Italian chestnuts, fresh from Lidl, being prepped for the oven. I cut a cross in the top of each then roasted them in time to nibble while the potatoes finished baking. Delicious. Luckily, there are more left for after fireworks tomorrow night.
