Woke up with a dislocated/locked jaw this morning. It's been happening for years now (TMJ)... It unlocked with a little care. Later, I made a great thai soup for dinner and worked on two paintings. The work in progress from the other day looks completely different now.

I spent most of the day thinking about the elections back in the states and hoping for the best.
