My newest doctor

I had received some pretty disturbing news lately that needed to be checked on further. This is Dr. Helfer, another super sweet Dr. at Christie Clinic. I have been trying to prepare myself for some news I wasn't wanting to hear. He doesn't think the mass they found on my kidney is Cancer. He explained all of my options and then said whatever it is, is so slow growing I think if you'd like to come back in 6 months and we'll do another CT scan and see if it's getting any bigger. I thought that was a fantasic plan.I am beyond happy and relieved tonight. Now I can go back and just deal with my back pain.
