Seaside Scene?

Actually it's not......we are just about as far from the sea as you can get.......this is a nearby reservoir and it's so large that on a moderately windy day the water arrives in waves and as you can see the gulls love it :-)

A busy day baking muffins and wading though the pile of ironing was broken up by a drive to the reservoir, where a very bracing ( and consequently brief) walk blew away the cobwebs and boy, was it cold!!!! I came straight home and dug out wooly hat, scarf and gloves......I won't be making that mistake again in a hurry ;-))))
