Attempt number 2 and success

Pomegranate number 2 today and huge thanks to Loisbiz from yesterday on handy hints! I didn't realise there was an easy way to remove the pips from the fruit so have always struggled and taken ages. But yesterday Loizbiz suggested looking on the internet for an easy was - and I was amazed :). I used the BBC Good Food method - score all around the fruit and then break it in half. Gently stretch the skin then turn it over and bash the skin with a wooden spoon over a bowl - and yes it worked - all of the golden jewels just tipped into the bowl.
