The Sicilian Landscape

We were very lucky with the weather today as storms were supposedly to hit but we luckily escaped the downpour. Geology wise we were examining a variety of salt depositions and how they related to overlying of underlying strata. We next travel to the south of the island where we will be based for a couple of days.
