Purple glasses

I was going to try and spot purple fireworks - but no...
I have two pairs of specs for my non contact lens days and early mornings and evenings. One pair is 'reactolite' the others just normal, but both are purple! I was just putting them on and realised that I nearly forgot to blip!

Half day teaching felt like a whole day today. always seem to spend the time before and after doing work anyway!
However it was productive and I tried out one of the 'thinking & reasoning ' techniques suggested at yesterday's INSET on year 5 with some success.
There is always a random kid who comes out with something just not in line at all with anyone else - even with the best lateral thinking applied!
