Can you tell what it is yet ?

You know those little catalogues that fall out of magazines and go straight in the recycling bin ?
Sometimes there's something that makes you think, h'mm, that might be useful.
See above : a silicone mat covered in little points, so when you cook something like chicken Kiev in the oven, it sits on the little points and the fat drains away, leaving the food nice and crisp. Here it is rolled up.
