Treats to Myself

I sent my dissertation to my advisor on Sunday and this morning I had a meeting with him to discuss my progress. He seemed impressed by what I'd written, especially as it wasn't a completed draft, so I've to complete it and send it to him for another feedback session before I submit my first chapter. Scary stuff!

The tutorial about terrorism was really interesting, I don't know why I find controversial topics so fascinating. Really interesting discussing why we deem actions of other countries as terrorist actions but not the crimes we commit to others as terrorism, it really makes you think about the powerful nations of the world.

I popped into town to pick up my copy of Christmas with Billy and Me which isn't released until Thursday. I treated myself to some new make up brushes, entirely paid for with my Boots points!

The rest of my night was spent doing final edits of my coursework due in on Monday and finishing my bibliography too. I need to remind myself that I don't have to hand in a hard copy for this one....I've always had to submit online and hard copy until this point!
