Dramatic Clouds

Threatening clouds hovered above us as we spent some time at the beach, only a little time as it was just too cold. I liked the softness of the grasses with the lupins in flower contrasting to the sky above.

Whitebait salad sandwich for lunch followed by carrot cake drizzled with yoghurt with a good hot coffee - what a treat, especially on a bitter spring day. The whitebait patties were made with just an egg mixed with whitebait, no flour - just the way I like them, Daughter 'flying' had the same, it was delish!
