Haliaeetus Leucocephalus

I found the bald eagles at the lake again today and they were much more cooperative about being photographed. I think this is the female because she was larger than her partner who was sitting on a lower branch. I patiently waited for them to fly which they finally did. I'm getting better, this time I managed to capture a blurry wing! That's more than I usually get so I'm encouraged. Maybe next time...

The bald eagle is a bird of prey found in North America..
