Common Grass Blue
Another of our very tiny butterflies. Plenty of them around but they are flighty little things, and very shy about showing off their wings.
Zizina labradus, commonly known as the Common Grass Blue, Grass Blue, or Clover Blue, is a small Australian butterfly of the Lycaenidae family.
You can see a trace of blue in this picture but not a lot.
When I first went out into the garden, I saw a damsel fly, which are very uncommon out there, as there is no water. But I lost sight of it and never saw it again (damn).
For once, worth taking a larger look.
